The course had a ton of great info and was easy enough to follow along. However the course was about 2 hours along and it would’ve been great to have a sheet or daily routine to conclude the course with.
Very good pdf and collection of private youtube vids that show you a bunch of techniques on how to open your hips, ankles, and feet. These videos helped me feel more stable in my squat and gain more speed when I'm running. I feel like i have a lot more balance in soccer and find myself being able to push myself more. Defnitely recommend this prodcut.
The Toe Spacers have made a crazy difference in a short amount of time and the Mat + Roller has been working out all the build up I didn’t even know I had..!
