I love the Toe Spacer grip toe socks. I am able to do my strength training workouts in them (30-60 minutes, depending on the workout) with no issues. My feet and toes are comfortable. I don't slide because of the grip on the bottom. I can wear them around the house as well. There was no adjustment or "breaking in" period with these socks - I put them on and did my workout. I tried another brand of toe socks a while back, and my feet were in agony right away. The material was too thick, and the socks were just uncomfortable. I will be purchasing the Toe Spacer grip socks for my husband - he now wants them, too.

Best toesock for all day general use and with toe spacers. For use in the home outside of running. Particularly love the grip patterns that improve the proprioceptive awareness in the feet
I think they could have more cushion. The point of my purchase was to exercise my feet while perfectly aligned with out shoes. I can use them for Yoga, the ones with the gripper bumps on the bottom.
